Rooftop terraces are the norm in many cities with significantly larger populations and density. In areas of Chicago and New York city rooftop terraces dot the top nearly every building from the sky.
In Minneapolis there are a number of different types of terraces within the loft and condo mix. Here is a breakdown of the list:
Carlyle Condos in the Mill District arguably has the most dynamic terrace in downtown Minneapolis. On the 5th floor of the building there is a pool, hot tub, fire pit (natural gas ofcourse,) and grilling stations. All of this adds up to luxury living in downtown Minneapolis!
Tower Lofts in the North Loop has a rooftop terrace that takes a humble approach. It is 5000 square feet of space with some grills, firepits and great outdoor lounge furniture from Design Within Reach. A great spot for Minneapolis Loft owners to take a break at the end of the day during the warmer months!
Riverwest Condominiums in the Mill District makes the list with a massive pool deck and lounge area facing downtown and a busy spot for owners and renters to convene during the summer!
Lastly Bookmen Stacks and Bookmen Lofts both have some very interesting terraces for outdoor entertaining. The Stacks has a near rooftop terrace that faces downtown. What a sight to behold during the evening!
